Key Responsibilities:  


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.  

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.  

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance.  

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.  

  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings.  

  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.  

  • Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.  

  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.  

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.  

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with at least [number] years of experience.
