Qualification

Graduation or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

Proven experience as a customer attendant or in a similar customer service role.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.

Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition.
