Key Responsibilities:  


1. Content Creation: Develop compelling content for digital and print media, including website, social media platforms, blogs, press releases, and marketing collaterals.  

2. Brand Messaging: Craft clear and consistent brand messaging that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand identity.  

3.  Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers and photographers to create visually appealing content that showcases our products in the best light.  

4.  Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.  

5. Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure press coverage and endorsements for our brand.  


6. Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.  

7. Event Coordination: Coordinate fashion shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase our latest collections and engage with customers.  

8. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.  

9. Internal Communication: Ensure consistent communication of brand guidelines and messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.  

10. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using relevant metrics and tools, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.  


Requirements:  

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Design, or related field.  

  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion communication, marketing, or a related role.  

  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.  

  4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content creation, and analytics.  

  5. Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  

  6. Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.  

  7. Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.  

  8. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.  

  9. Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends for events and promotions.  

  10. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software is a plus.
